配置集成电阻的 T-1 3/4（12 毫米）5V 黄色 LED 灯

此类 12V 黄色灯内载有一个与 LED 串联的集成限流电阻。这一优势可让灯通过 12V 驱动电源工作，无需外接电流限制器。HLMP-3651 以 GaAs 为衬底基片，采用 GaAsP 外延层。该款扩散型灯提供了宽广的偏轴视角。
