描述
此固态 LED 灯采用双异质 (DH) AlGaAs/GaAs 材料技术。这款 LED 材料可在宽范围驱动电流条件下实现出色的光输出效率。灯的封装中有一个锥形的透镜设计，可将光通量集中于狭窄的辐射模式以实现极高的强度。LED 颜色在主导波长为 637 纳米时为深红色。这款灯可以为直流电或脉冲驱动以实现需要的光输出。
