直角 ChipLED

ASMT-CW00 是白色 ChipLED，通过设计采用极小的引脚以构成高密度电路板。其引脚高度仅为 0.4 毫米，长宽尺寸为 1.6 毫米 x 1.0 毫米，符合工业标准。这一优势令其成为受限空间应用的理想之选，例如手机与移动设备的背光照明以及指示器的应用。为了便于取放和操作，这些 ChipLED 可按卷带式封装方案供货，每卷 4000 件。此类元器件适于采用红外焊工艺。
