LED 光条
描述
- HLMP-2XXX 系列光条为矩形光源，被设计用于必需配置大型光源的各类应用场合。
这些光条由单个发光管组合成单列结构。LED 将其中的 PN 结扩散到 GaP 衬底基片上的 GaAsP 外延层中。
