LED 光条
描述
HLCP-X100 系列光条为矩形光源，被设计用于必需配置大型光源的各类应用场合。这些光条由单个发光管组合成单列结构。AlGaAs 红色 LED 采用以 AlGaAs 对衬底基片 GaAs 的双异质结构。
