描述
HFBR-0300 系列在设计上可为低速距离延伸器和 SONET OC-3 信号率等各种广泛数据通信应用提供最高性价比的 1300nm 光纤链路。引脚安排和 Avago 的 HFBR-0400 系列完全相同，使设计工程师可以轻松延长现有 820nm 链路的传输距离。发射器和接收器兼容两种常见光纤尺寸，分别为 50/125 µm 和 62.5/125 µm 直径。这有助于灵活选择光纤尺寸。1300nm 波长位于光纤的较低色散和衰减区，传输距离比 820nm LED 技术更长。通常能在 125MBd 时达到 2 千米的距离，在 32MBd 时达到 5 千米的距离。
