描述
HFBR-0300 系列在设计上可以提供由低速距离延伸器到 SONET OC-3 信号率等各种广泛数据通信应用最高性价比的 1300nm 光纤链路，引脚安排和 Avago 的 HFBR-0400 系列完全相同，使设计工程师可以简单地提高现有 820nm 链路的连接距离。发射器和接收器兼容两个常见光纤尺寸，分别为 50/125µm 和 62.5/125µm 直径，带来光纤尺寸选择的灵活性，1300nm 波长位于光纤的较低色散和衰减区，提供比 820nm LED 技术更长的连接距离，125MBd 时为 2km，32MBd 时为 5km。
